As an integrative health practitioner with a background in nursing and psychology—and a mom of four boys—I know how important it is to feel your best while balancing real life. I’m passionate about helping people create positive mindsets, build healthier habits, and feel confident in who they are. I truly believe that how we think and how we care for ourselves shapes the life we live, and I love helping others create a life that feels good every day.

I didn’t always feel this way myself. There was a time when my eating habits weren’t good, I wasn’t taking care of my body, and my mindset was more negative than positive. I felt off, low on energy, and honestly just not happy with how I felt day to day. Over time, I realized how much my habits and my thinking were affecting everything—my mood, my energy, my confidence, and the way I showed up in my life.

That’s when I started making changes—small at first, but consistent. I worked on improving how I ate, adding movement into my routine, and most importantly, shifting how I thought. As those changes started to add up, everything began to feel different. I had more energy, more clarity, and felt more like myself again.

That experience is what drives me now. I understand what it feels like to be stuck, and I also know what’s possible when you start making intentional changes. My goal is to help others do the same—build habits that support their life, create a stronger mindset, and feel better in a way that actually lasts.
